We are Alliance IT Services having various business verticals ( www.allianceit.in), out of which Software Development is our forte, and the vacancy is for SOFTWARE DEVELOPERS.

Remember this a SELF SUPPORTED JOB , the procedure for recruitment is as follows :

DELHI BASED JOB :

We recruit you in our Organisation based on your qualification and the Interview. This recruitment will be incentive based appointment till the time you are on the probation period.

Live projects will be given to you for development and support from the very first month. 20% of the project cost will be given to you as INCENTIVE after the succesful installation of the product to the client.

After the completion of the Probation period you will be converted into a full time permanent employee of AIT.

JOINING TERMS : You pay Rs 25K at the time of joining and Rs 10K in the 4th month.

ONLINE OPTION : You can work from your home station, we give you live projects to work upon with target deadlines.

You wll be given 20% of the project cost after the succesful installation of the product developed by you.

JOINING TERMS : You will send us all required certificated with two passport size photographs.

We conduct your telephonic interview, based on the results the appointment letter will be sent to you after we receive the Ist payment DD of Rs 25K in fav f Alliance IT Services.
